Launched 1 Sep 2025 by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion: renewable 5- or 10-year residence from OMR 200,000 (about US$520,000) through one of seven routes - property in Integrated Tourism Complexes, a company registered in Oman, government development bonds, Muscat Stock Exchange securities, a 5-year fixed deposit at an Omani bank, a company employing 50+ Omanis, or nomination under the Foreign Capital Investment Law. Spouse, children and first-degree relatives can be included. Applications are online via the official Oman Residence portal.
