Launched under the 2023/2024 Golden Visa regulations and run by the Directorate General of Immigration. Individual investors not establishing an Indonesian company: US$350,000 for a 5-year visa or US$700,000 for 10 years, placed in Indonesian government bonds, listed shares, or savings/deposits. Higher tiers apply to corporate investors and company founders. Applied for entirely online at evisa.imigrasi.go.id with no interview. A new Financial Centre law provides for 0% tax for golden-visa holders inside a designated zone — pending implementing regulations. No path to citizenship (Indonesia does not allow dual nationality for adults).
