Notes

Two indexes run by the Directorate General of Immigration. E33F: from age 55, a 1-year permit renewable annually for up to 5 consecutive years, requiring a sponsor and a local domestic helper. E33E ('silver hair'): from age 60, valid up to 5 years with no sponsor or helper requirement. Applicants must show pension/passive income of about US$3,000 per month (~US$36,000/yr), lease residential accommodation, and hold valid health insurance. Work is not permitted. After 5 consecutive years the permit can convert to a KITAP (permanent stay). Distinct from the Indonesia Golden Visa (investment-based).
