PROPOSED, NOT YET LIVE. Announced Feb 2025 as a $5m 'premium green card' to supplement/replace EB-5. Faces legal hurdles — EB-5 is reauthorized by Congress through 2027, so enacting this needs legislation, not just executive action. Worldwide US taxation + exit-tax exposure would apply.
