Notes
IMPORTANT: E-2 requires a treaty nationality — citizens of non-treaty countries (e.g. China, India) cannot apply directly, and often acquire a treaty nationality (e.g. Grenada, Turkey) first. Fast (2-4 mo), renewable indefinitely, requires a real active business (substantial investment, often ~$100k+). Not a green card; no direct citizenship path.
