LIVE since 10 December 2025 — applications open at trumpcard.gov. Individual route: US$1,000,000 payment plus a non-refundable US$15,000 processing fee, with DHS security vetting, in exchange for expedited permanent residence. Corporate route: US$2,000,000 per sponsored employee, plus the US$15,000 per-employee processing fee. This is a payment to the US government, not a recoverable investment (unlike EB-5). Uptake has been very limited so far. US citizens and residents are taxed on worldwide income, and an exit tax can apply on later expatriation. Legal challenges are possible: EB-5 remains authorized by Congress, and creating a new immigrant category by executive action is contested.
